Rudolph and Sletten is committed to making a difference. It is within our power to build sustainable projects while maintaining costs comparable to traditional construction. It is our job and our pleasure to help our clients evaluate the benefits of green building and explore the long-term cost saving.
At 37%, Rudolph and Sletten has the highest percentage of LEED Accredited Professionals when compared to all other general contractors. And we’re not stopping there. By 2010 all of our construction professionals will be LEED accredited.
Our commitment and experience makes Rudolph and Sletten the number one source for sustainable construction. We are the builders of the largest green project in Silicon Valley. Since building our first green project for Shaklee in 1996, we have gone on to build over 6.5 million square feet of green construction in California. Right now, we have 2,200,000 square feet of sustainable space under construction.
