Internships

Rudolph and Sletten’s internship/co-op program offers the ambitious student an opportunity to apply skills learned in the classroom to a real world construction environment.

As a Rudolph and Sletten intern you will be given the opportunity to work with a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on one of our many construction projects. Your mentor will guide you in accomplishing your responsibilities and training while exposing you to the Rudolph and Sletten style of business and construction management.

Past interns have help build corporate campuses for Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft, research facilities for Apple Computers, hospitals for Kaiser Permanente and laboratories for the Gladstone Institute.

If you are interested in a three to six month internship opportunity, please join us at one of our scheduled campus visits or submit your resume.
